Aerating, Overseeding & Top Dressing

Aeration is the process of de-compacting the soil in your yard by cutting small holes into it. These holes allow oxygen, water, and fertilizer to reach your grass’s roots, which strengthens your grass. It is a must for yards in our region due to the soil types and also helps lawns green up faster in the spring. Our 62" aerator can do very large lawns and tracts of land.

Most developers do not leave homeowners with ideal soils to achieve beautiful lawns. We can help by adding topsoil's and peat moss over your existing lawns without starting over. Most lawns benefit significantly from fertilizer and rich peat moss added on top with a bit of grass seed. Especially clay soils in our region as the humic acid in peat moss helps loosen clay soils and lower the pH.
